Jobsite OÜ operates in Finland and Sweden as a collaboration partner to the leading industrial pipeline installers in Scandinavia.
Construction– andreorganisation projects in different locations in Scandinavia. In addition, we also make and sell steel constructions to our clients in Finland and Sweden.
Significant projects include processing industry, forest and chemical industries and power stations.
Our work is based on the ISO 9001, the Environmental management standard 14001 and the Occupational health and safety standard OHSAS 18001. Client’s environmental and safety requirements are very important in our work.
For continuous improvement of environmental activities we follow the requirements of the ISO 14001:2004 standard. Caring for the environment is important for our company’s activities and we always try to consider the environment in the course of our activities.
We conduct works within the projects of the following suppliers. Areas: power stations, paper– and cellulose production.
Certain quality
Our personnel has been tested by a third party regarding following the quality requirements and our quality system meets the quality control requirements of SFS-EN ISO 9001:2008.
Welding is the core of our business because it has the most significant effect on the product quality and costs. Thus, it is important that the welding works are done professionally and that these would meet all requirements.
Welding quality is a sign of product quality and this provides us a great competitive advantage in our field.
We use welding processes 111, 141, 135, 136 and 138. The welded materials (mainly) belong in material groups 1.1, 1,2, 5.3 ja 8.1 (CEN ISO/TR 15608).
The welding methods meet the SFS-EN ISO 15614-1 requirements, the product standards and the additional requirements of the clients’ specifications. The welding procedure specification (WPS) is prepared based on the technical requirements of SFS-EN ISO 15609-1.
Welding quality control is done pursuant to SFS-EN 3834 (Metal fusion welding requirements, level 2, quality requirements).
